Our dedicated finders team will search for a suitable property (or properties) on your behalf.
We take a detailed brief of your requirement to enable us to thoroughly search and pinpoint properties for you through our network of industry resources, agency contact, portals and websites.
We prepare your requirement notice which we mail to over 700 Central London commercial agents on a monthly basis.
We can also target specific properties or locations and source off-market opportunities through Land Registry searches, leaflet mailshots and our established network of industry contacts.
Our Property Find service covers commercial property throughout the UK to lease or to purchase.
Getting the deal done
Once we find you the right property, we handle the negotiations on your behalf, ensuring you get the best possible terms. We verify floor areas, property specifications and sanity check the terms and conditions. Throughout the process we liaise with solicitors and agents so that you get a smooth handover.
